This service is for in-house HERMES Entrupy Authentication, processed at our North Atlanta office for items shipped to us. Entrupy Authentication combines artificial intelligence and microscopy to objectively verify the authenticity of your item.
Once your checkout is complete, we will provide you with shipping instructions.
Authentication processing will take up to 3 business days after the item is delivered to our office. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when sending your item to us. In return, we will cover the shipping and insurance fees when returning your authenticated item.
Entrupy boasts a 99.1% accuracy rate and offers a one-year financial guarantee. If your item is deemed authentic, it will be returned with an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.

These algorithms have been trained on millions of images from both authentic and counterfeit products. Based on this analysis, Entrupy either verifies the authenticity or returns an 'unverified' result.
